Moe Biller
Moe held various leadership positions in the National Federation of Postal Clerks Local 10, which then broke away to become part of the National Postal Clerks Union. The Local was called the Manhattan-Bronx Postal Workers and was led by Biller from 1959 through the Great Postal Strike of 1970, which paralyzed mail operations in the major mail hubs of the country.
